A Mumbai-based industry veteran, Gayathiri has forged strategic partnerships with entertainment giants like Sony Pictures, Disney, Star, Reliance, Viacom, and Lionsgate. Her 25+ years of experience have seen her distribute over 55 films and bring over 2,500 hours of content to audiences worldwide, fostering cultural exchange and entertainment across borders.
An expert in project development, creation, and platform-agnostic monetization strategies, she enjoys strong relationships across Indian and international studios, distributors, and industry partners. Her vision lies in connecting global projects with Indian audiences, ensuring accessibility and cultivating a taste for international entertainment.
Instrumental in expanding Indian cinema's global reach, she spearheaded market entry into China, Taiwan, South Korea, Morocco, Spain, Egypt, and Russia. Notably, her efforts in reopening the Russian market to Bollywood films after a 30-year hiatus earned recognition from the Cultural Minister, a testament to the impact of her work in bridging cultural divides.

2025 Taiwan Film Festival in New Delhi
The 2025 Taiwan Film Festival concluded in New Delhi after a spectacular two-day showcase of contemporary Taiwanese cinema, marking a significant milestone in Taiwan-India cultural collaboration. Organized by the Ministry of Culture, Taiwan, in partnership with the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center (TECC) in India, the festival served as a powerful platform for cross-border cinematic storytelling.
Held on December 12-13 at PVR Priya Cinema, Vasant Vihar, the festival's crown jewel was the premiere of Demon Hunters—the first-ever Taiwan-India co-produced feature film. This groundbreaking supernatural action-comedy blends Taiwanese folklore with vibrant Indian narrative elements, including Bollywood-inspired musical sequences, creating a truly hybrid cinematic experience.
